I. What is meditation? Why practice it?

Meditation brings the attention away from past and future and settles it in the present moment. The mind becomes calmer and more aware, without being clouded by constant thoughts.

Simply put, meditation helps us live fully in the present and find deep inner peace.

Note: This is a basic explanation for everyone. As you practice, your understanding of meditation will become deeper and more personal.
